I draw up documents on legal affairs, advise parties on all aspects of concluded legal affairs, represent clients as an attorney when concluding legal affairs and initiate the implementation of concluded affairs in land registers. 

Legal services include representation and consulting in connection with the inheritance of the real estate, condominiums, dissolution of co-ownership, division of matrimonial assets on real estate, court proceedings to determine real estate ownership rights, settlement of property relations on real estate and all other legal affairs related to real estate.

The law office provides services for the establishment of companies (drafting of articles of association, declaration of incorporation, articles of association) as well as consulting in the most diverse areas of the company's work, with the possibility of contracting the provision of legal assistance in flat (monthly) amount, which includes the provision of legal opinions in order to achieve the necessary protection of the company's interests, assistance in the preparation of work implementation, holding regular consultations as needed by service users and contacting state and other authorities. I also deal with liquidation of companies, representation in bankruptcy proceedings and representation of legal entities in proceedings before commercial courts.
